The certificate is awarded by SKQS - Slovak Society for Quality Management Systems, s.r.o. 

The validity period of the certificate is three years and the condition for maintaining its validity is the condition to perform surveillance audits once a year within a maximum of 12 months 1 surveillance audit and 24 months the second surveillance audit from the date of the last day of the recertification audit. The owner of the SKQS management system certificate may use the certificate and the certified management system marks for commercial and advertising purposes in accordance with the SKQS rules. The SKQS certificate shall be in the name of the legal entity and shall not be transferred to a third party or its successor and shall not be subject to surrender, redemption or other enforcement action.
