The rsponsibility for guality is based in the entire organizational structure of the company and every
employee must have the appropriate knowledge in the area of guality management and sufficient
flexibility for responsibility ,but also authority.In practice this means,'that it is important to accept
guality improvement processes as an opportunity for continual improvement and also the opportunity
for each individual to be seen in the given process and the group." There are 12 processes monitored in the company.
