The validity period of the certificate is 3 years and to maintain it there is condition to carry
out supervisory audits 1x per annum in a deadline of max. 12 month 1 supervision,24 months
second supervisory audit from the date of the last day o f the recertification audit.The owner
of the certificate SKQS Management System may use this certificate and logos of the certified
management system for promotiona uses in accordance with the rules of SKQS.The Certificate
and logo SKQS relates to a legal entity and must not be transferred tom a third person or its representative and may not be the subject of cancellation,sale or another forced provision.The
owner of the certificate is registered in the ,,List of owners of SKQS certificates,,A+A TRYODYN
s.r.o. in accordance with the reguirements of the international norm ISO 9001:2008 created,
documented,apllies and adheres to the guality management system.
